30-day window
If a paid product is offered in the future, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without needing to give a reason.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the email used for the purchase, the product name and the approximate date. Support is by email only.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Banks and card issuers may take extra time to show the credit.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to, and does not replace, your rights under Brazilian law. Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Defence Code (Law 8,078/1990) gives consumers the right to withdraw from purchases made outside a commercial establishment, such as online, within 7 days of the purchase or receipt, with a full refund. Our 30-day window is longer than that legal minimum.
Payments we never request
Sextant Pad never asks readers for fees, deposits or transfers to access content or “work”. If someone asks for money in our name, it is not us — please let us know.
