Data we handle
- Emails you send us: your address and the content of your message, used only to answer you (legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, fulfilment of a request).
- Technical logs: our hosting and delivery provider processes IP addresses and request data to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse.
- Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly technical cookies may be set by infrastructure providers to deliver the site.
Retention
Support emails are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless longer retention is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the site and email, or with authorities when legally required. Some providers may process data outside Brazil under safeguards permitted by the LGPD.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We may update this policy; the revision date at the top will change accordingly.
